FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Gold Rate Booking is available on eligible jewellery purchases in 22K, 18K, 14K gold.
No. Gold Rate Booking is applicable only on eligible jewellery purchases. It is not applicable to Fine Gold, Gold Bars or Gold Coins.
A minimum 50% of the estimated total jewellery value is required to confirm the booking.

THE FINE PRINT

  1. The Gold Rate Booking facility is available only for jewellery purchases and is not applicable to Fine Gold, Gold Bars or Gold Coins.
  2. A minimum advance payment of 50% of the estimated total jewellery value is mandatory at the time of booking. The gold rate will be considered booked only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  3. Once the Gold Rate Booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable and the booking cannot ordinarily be cancelled. The amount paid shall be adjusted only against the customer's eligible jewellery purchase.
  4. The booked gold rate shall remain valid for 1 month from the date of booking, subject to the terms of this offer.
  5. If the applicable gold rate on the date of delivery is higher than the booked rate, the customer shall be entitled to the booked rate for the applicable booked quantity, subject to fulfilment of all other offer conditions.
  6. If the applicable gold rate on the date of delivery is lower than the booked rate, the lower applicable rate shall be considered for the jewellery purchase, subject to the applicable adjustment provisions.
  7. The Gold Rate Booking is made against the quantity of gold recorded at the time of booking. If the customer voluntarily purchases jewellery of lower weight than the booked quantity, the applicable adjustment on the remaining quantity shall be calculated as per the Company's Gold Rate Booking process.
  8. Where applicable, the rate difference on the unused quantity shall be recovered together with applicable GST.
  9. For made-to-order jewellery, reasonable weight variation arising from the manufacturing process shall not by itself result in an additional charge to the customer.
  10. The booked rate may be adjusted only once against the customer's eligible jewellery purchase. The booking cannot be split into multiple jewellery deliveries at different times or against different rates.
  11. The Gold Rate Booking cannot be transferred to another person.
  12. Repeated cancellation of an existing booking for the purpose of obtaining a new or lower rate is not permitted.
  13. Jewellery billed after application of the Gold Rate Booking adjustment shall be treated as a final sale and shall not be eligible for sales return solely on account of subsequent changes in the gold rate.
  14. The entire outstanding amount must be paid before delivery of the jewellery.
  15. Delivery shall be made only after completion of the required billing and verification formalities, including submission/verification of the required receipt and valid identity proof wherever applicable.
  16. The company reserves the right to verify the booking, payment, customer identity and supporting documents before completing the transaction.
  17. The Gold Rate Booking is subject to the Company's applicable billing, taxation, KYC and operational procedures.
  18. The customer acknowledges that gold rates are market-linked and may change during the validity period. The customer agrees to the rate-adjustment mechanism specified in these terms.
  19. By making the booking, the customer confirms that the above terms have been explained and accepted.
